T.T. & L. Sheet Metal is one of the Northwest region’s leading custom fabrication and installation shops in the sheet metal industry.
Started as an “open shop” alternative to Peters Sheet Metal, owned and operated by Tony VanDomelen, T.T. & L Sheet Metal Incorporated was formed by Tony’s son Tom, a business administration graduate, and wife Loraine on January 1, 1980. The company name is derived from Tony, Loraine, and Tom’s initials. This move provided a competitiveness that allowed T.T. & L. the room to expand as well as allowing them the freedom to create their own niche in the sheet metal market.
The new company began their first year with only 6 full-time employees. With a small office space and shop on S.W. 5th Street in Beaverton, T.T. & L. and their rapidly increasing company’s needs brought them to their current location on S.W. Fallbrook Place in Beaverton in 1984.
Tom purchased the business in 1995 and has continued to lead the company with established core values and innovative leadership. “We’ve had the courage to invest in a future where status quo has been the rule” explains VanDomelen when asked what sets them apart from other sheet metal shops.
The current location provides a state-of-the-art fabrication shop and fenced-in yard, as well as office and storage space. Expanding to include more than 35 full-time employees with over 325+ combined years of expert experience, T.T. & L. has built their reputation on excellence and customer satisfaction.
